Every Saturday during football season, my family and I would go to watch the ECU Pirates play. My favorite part was wearing my ECU Pirates jersey. It was a tradition that started when I was in seventh grade.
One year, the team had a special edition jersey for a big game. I begged my parents to get it for me, and they did. Wearing that jersey made me feel like I was part of the team's history. When the Pirates scored a touchdown, I cheered just as loudly as everyone else. The jersey was more than just a piece of clothing; it was a symbol of my love for the team and the fun times we shared as a family.
